On Sunday 8 September 2019, a Friends of Glass team took part in Paris' annual 'Course la Parisienne' race.
The team of 33 women from the glass packaging industry came 78th out of 240 ‘business’ teams. 30,000 women participated in the 2019 edition, taking in a 7km route through the heart of Paris. Once again, for the fourteenth consecutive year, La Parisienne supported the Fondation pour la recherche médicale in taking on the fight against breast cancer.
